"Worst insurance company ever , it's been a month since the report has been submitted , but still no update for claim settlement,you can go for icici insurance they are wonder full in terms of claim , they made me spend 10000 rs for the collection of documents and after I submitted and the surveyor told me toh that report was submitted but it's been 1 month 10 days now , nothing happened,no update even after complaining 100 of time to customer care."

"I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Tata AIG Motor Insurance. The surveyors were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in hearing the customer’s side of the story. They made decisions unilaterally and assumed details about the accident without proper investigation. If Tata AIG is unable or unwilling to handle claims fairly, they shouldn’t be selling these policies in the first place. It feels like a complete scam"
